More and more baby boomers are deciding to take charge of their retirement by becoming entrepreneurs. Today, these boomers make up almost half of the self-employed workers in America, and the trend to entrenepreurship with this age group is growing fast.
Rather than accepting the traditional view of retirement, where you stop working (and often die sooner), many are deciding to remain in the work force. Each person who makes this decision has their own reason for staying involved. For some it is a financial decision, for others a lifestyle one.
